CR750 pedals

about a week ago I did some casting for a friend
look at the nice bunch of parts laying there
copy's of Honda CR750 brakepedal, shiftlever and small change arms for the right-foot-shifter conversion.

Still finding it funny to have all these rare parts, usually made from "unobtainium" but these I just made myself.

anyone who has RSC style footpegs that I could copy?

  1. WOW that's some great stuff. I sure could use a pair of those - I'm building a tribute to the CB450K0 from a CB900F - calling it a "Bol Bomber" - but what I'd REALLY like to do with it, is more along the lines of a CB92 - I've already got a CB1100R gas tank with shiny sides etc, but what I still need is a GL1500 front end with PC800 hub converted to wire-spoke, and some type of leading-link fork. THEN I could legitimately call it a "CB902" or some such. Either way, I'm trying to mod my rear-sets into something more like what was on the Hawk/SuperHawk, with the Hirth splines, and the raised border etc. Parts such as THAT would be very worth reproducing. More to the point, "lattice" type sport-kit rear-sets for the CB1100F, CB1100R, CB900F etc - these are highly desirable parts. ME well I wanna copy this here CB1100R gas tank, but that's a whole other kettle of fish.. If I could get into casting right away here, I think the DOHC rear-sets brackets would be a very good place to start. Perhaps a series of Hawk/SuperHawk style plates for any and all Hondas - such as CBX750F, CBX550F, or the CBX six for that matter. TONS of later models using alloy brackets, and all of 'em becoming more & more popular as Café racers and Hailwood replicas. Just a Brain-Fart! Hmmm - I'm also building a "KZ440LOL" - a whole other kettle of fish, nothing at all like the KZ440LTD it's based on - but I know F-all about the pegs on Kawa racers of the '70s. Humming and ha-ing about using MX pegs, 'cause this bike is odd enough to use 'em. But it would be neat to give it more of an H1R type of vibe. Not sure that I've ever heard of replica Kawa pegs. Nothing like on the Honda scene..... -SoyBoySigh.

    1. all castings are for sale as rough castings, could also be made to fit your bike, but I don't have a dream50 on hand, so some measurements would be needed.
